identification test
take 0.1g of sample, add (1 3) 5ml of salt cool, and heat it in a water bath for about 5min under continuous oscillation to obtain nearly clear green to dark green liquid. After cooling, the ammonia test solution (TS-13) is neutralized, the solution is blue, and blue gel-like precipitation occurs.
take 0.1g of sample, add 5ml of sulfuric acid, and continuously shake and heat in a water bath for about 5min. the solution is dark yellow to dark gray brown. After cooling, take 2~3 drops of supernatant and add 5ml of water. The solution is blue to blue-green.
take 0.1g of sample, add 5ml of (110) sodium hydroxide solution, shake and heat for 5min in a water bath to obtain several transparent purple to dark red. After cooling, after adding (1 3) hydrochloric acid to neutralize, the solution is blue to reddish purple, and the same colored colloidal precipitate occurs.
take 0.1g of sample, add 5ml of (120) sulfuric acid, mix thoroughly, add 200ml of (3 2000) ammonium acetate solution, centrifuge if the solution is opaque. Take 1 ~ 10m'l of the solution and add (3 2000) ammonium acetate solution: 100ml to make the measured absorbance between 0.2 and 0.7. This solution has a maximum absorption peak between 628 and 632nm.
take 0.1g of sample, add 10ml of (13) hydrochloric acid, heat in water bath until most of it is dissolved, add 0.5g of activated carbon, shake well and filter. After neutralizing the colorless liquid with (1 10) sodium hydroxide solution, the aluminum salt test (IT-2) of the solution should be positive.
